We are looking for enthusiastic, humble and creative Software Engineers who are passionate about creating simple, beautiful and helpful solutions to empower the transport industry to go electric. As a Software Engineer at Einride, you will join one of our top talent teams where you will have the opportunity to innovate and drive change together with other ambitious, innovative and kind-hearted people who all challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
You will be a part of building our full-stack solution for autonomous electric transport. You will join one of our exciting teams and functions that work on different aspects of our product. What team you will specialize in depends on your previous experience, knowledge and interests. This means that you can truly delve into a specific part of our product, such as:
- Control tower, enabling live remote operation to support the autonomous vehicle operations.
- Autonomous vehicle data pipelines, serving state-of-the-art machine learning applications.
- Autonomous vehicle software platform, building the foundation of the runtime and software platform, both in the vehicle and cloud.
- Simulation, enabling fast development and safe deployments with state-of-the-art validation & verification environments
What you'll do:
- Work across the whole tech stack, from vehicle to cloud, designing and building seamless, efficient and scalable solutions to challenging and complex problems.
- Use the Go, Typescript, Rust programming languages on Linux, Google Cloud Platform and Github as your primary development “tools”.

- You have 3-5 years professional experience and you constantly push yourself to improve your skills and understand new concepts and domains.
- Are curious and open-minded about technologies. Our engineers strive towards T-shapedness.
- Able to work in a diverse team and collaborate with others.
- Experience communicating and coordinating across teams.
- Contribute to building the Einride culture, learning from fantastic colleagues, and sharing your knowledge and experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience building developer productivity tools with a high degree of product excellence.
