The team at Einride Autonomous Technology is responsible for designing and building world class software solutions enabling all-electric, autonomous transportation, using modern software development tools and methodologies with a unique mix of development experience from Sweden’s automotive and consumer software scene. We are now looking for experienced Perception Engineers to strengthen our team!
As an experienced Perception Engineer at Einride, you'll be joining a diverse top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
What you'll do
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the technologies required to deliver on the technology roadmap for a world class perception platform for autonomous driving. This includes advanced signal processing algorithms and data fusion techniques for object detection, classification and tracking.
- Develop the company tech stack, both on a conceptual level as well as in implementing solutions. Work in close collaboration with other teams responsible for different hardware and software parts of the autonomous driving stack.
- Identify, initiate and maintain collaboration with strategic partners necessary to deliver on the technology roadmap.
- Stay always on par with the latest research and participate in conferences in the field. Supervise master and doctorate students.
- Push the envelope for quality and throughput by teaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues.
What we're looking for
- Recent experience with developing complex functional architectures for perception software.
- A good understanding of the entire perception system, including sensor technologies.
- A pragmatic problem solver who loves to learn new skills and technologies, and you are comfortable with driving decisions on high-level architecture and strategic technology choices.
- Are driven, self-directed, committed, and want to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Bonus skills
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience with GPU programming.
- Experience with machine learning for perception application.
- Experience with system requirements and verification of complex systems.
- Knowledge in Einride specific Tech Stack: Linux, Go, C/C++, Python, gRPC, Matlab/Scilab, Docker.
