The operations team is responsible for the deployment of client cases and integrating Einride’s solution within the existing client infrastructure. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As a Deployment Project Manager at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
What you'll do:
- Transform a strategic direction and complex logistical setup into an operational plan while ensuring optimal utilization of resources, electric vehicles and charging stations
- Provide detailed electrical schedules that meet the customer needs and the transport prerequisite
- Professionally lead and guide customers stakeholders such as technical experts, logistic manager, transport planners in the electric transformation
- Understand data, adjust solutions and clearly communicate the impact on timelines, financials and quality of scope
- Secure progress and take full ownership in the operational readiness of an implementation project
- Suggest and execute on continuous improvements to ensure the highest quality standards
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Hands-on experience from tactical planning
- Minimum 5 years experience of the logistics and/or supply chain industry with proven track record of logistic management and development
- High level of ownership with a clear doer attitude, not afraid to roll up sleeves to get results
- Proven analytical and tactical capabilities
- Excellent Excel skills
- Fluent in English
This position is based with a preference for Sweden, but Germany, Austria and the BeNeLux is also a possibility. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.
