We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and drive our B2B digital marketing efforts through strategic analysis and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing strategies and driving business growth in a B2B environment.

Job description

  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze digital marketing performance across various channels, including website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and lead generation activities. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the B2B digital marketing space. Identify industry trends, benchmark performance metrics, and maintain marketing dashboards.
  • Leverage data analysis to identify and segment B2B target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage specific segments, driving higher conversion rates and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance insights. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, increase engagement, and drive lead generation.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies, messaging, and creative assets. Analyze test results to determine the most effective approaches and optimize future campaigns accordingly.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Identify areas for website optimization to improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, with knowledge of SQL and experience in BigQuery a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (experience with tools such as Data Studio, Funnel.io, SEMrush or Ahrefs a plus).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, cookies, Javascript and other webtech is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading both people and projects.
  • Proactive by nature, thrive in a fast paced work environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
