Do you have free delivery?

Einride does not pay the shipping cost of your purchased goods. Prices may vary depending on country and weight of the package: Sweden - Shipping start at: 5 Euro Europe - Shipping start at: 15 Euro North America - Shipping start at: 30 Euro

Where do you ship?

How do I return items?

When you make a purchase at Einride.tech you always have 14 days of withdrawal. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and this will be deducted from your refund. To access your return form - please contact onlineorder@einride.tech.

When will I get my order?

We pack and send orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the postal service and your shipment location. Shipment within Sweden: 3-5 working days Shipment within European Union: 4-8 working days Shipment to North America: 5-10 working days.

I got the wrong order - what do I do?

All goods are checked carefully before sent to you. If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by email at onlineorders@einride.tech.

What happens if my package is sent back due to no pickup?

For not picked up packages we will charge you with 15 Euro this covers our costs including delivery and handling costs. If you still want the products sent to you, you will need to submit a new order online.
