How to charge with Einride

Hello.

Welcome to the Einride Smarcharger Station. Here you can charge fossil free and for the best price on the market. On this page you’ll find information about prices, membership levels, charging instructions, and information about how to get further support. If you’re having problems with charging your vehicle and want to contact our support team by phone or email, please go to the bottom of this page for more information.

Charging instructions

Charge through the Monta Charge app

  1. Open the map in the Monta Charge app and click on the specific charging point you're parked at with your vehicle
  2. Select or add your vehicle (optional)
  3. Click on "Go to payment" and then "Add payment method"
  4. Select a payment method or add a payment card and verify this payment method
  5. Connect the charging cable to your vehicle
  6. Swipe right to turn on your charging session

Charge with a payment card

  1. At the Payter payment terminal, confirm you are at the correct charging point
  2. Turn off your vehicle aand then connect the charging cable to your vehicle
  3. Pay with your card at the terminal and charging will start immediately after payment is confirmed

How to stop charging

  1. Click on "Stop" in the app or at the payment terminal
  2. Wait for the charging session to end
  3. Unplug the charging cable from your vehicle

Monta Charge app

Download Monta Charge in your app store to get started with charging. You can find Monta Charge in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Start by entering and verifying your payment method, then go to the map and select your charging location and charger. Connect your charging cable and turn on your charger.
