Supporting research and academic work is pivotal to developing groundbreaking technology and advancing society toward a resilient future. Einride continues to work closely with top universities to foster talent as it launches the 2023 edition of Einride’s Master’s Thesis Program.

“Einride cultivates close relationships with academia, and one example is Einride’s Master’s Thesis Program. The program invites talents from a broad range of academic disciplines, from Data Science and Machine Learning to Business Finance and the Arts and beyond, to join our team and contribute to real change for the better,” says Christofer Laurell, Einride’s SVP of Research & Public Affairs.

Programs like this offer valuable experiences for both companies and students. For new skilled professionals, it serves as an important window into the industry, the day-to-day of being a part of a scale-up, and can lead to a permanent position. For companies, it helps them gain new perspectives and the opportunity to team up with forward-thinking talents who want to challenge conventional thinking and contribute to real change.

Einride’s Master’s Thesis Program invites second-year master’s students to spend their final semester at Einride and write their thesis on a subject that is relevant from academic, societal, and industry perspectives.

In the program, each graduate is supervised by team members that have experience in the thesis’ subject area and will support their mentee throughout the period. The application process is open to students worldwide.

In 2022, the company welcomed a record number of 27 master’s thesis students from leading Swedish universities who, for six months, were immersed in Einride’s mission of reinventing the transportation system.
