PepsiCo

PepsiCo has teamed up with Einride to electrify its routes between Walkers manufacturing sites in Coventry and Leicester UK – eliminating greenhouse gasses from over 750,000 miles of road. Over three years, the initial deployment will reduce the equivalent of 1,623 tonnes of CO2e emissions.

Driving positive change in the UK with clean freight

The transport sector is a vital pillar of the UK economy with £127 billion gross value and the highest-emitting sector of the UK economy, accounting for 29,1% of total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2023. To reduce such emissions, the UK is rallying the sector to face future transport challenges head-on and Einride is a part of it.
